Raw material
Seamless or welded pipe sourced from qualified mills with full chemical & mechanical certs.
Cold forming
Hydraulic press shapes the pipe into the target fitting geometry without compromising grain structure.
Normalization
Full heat treatment to relieve residual stress and restore microstructure to spec.
Calibration
Each piece sized, faced and chamfered to ASME B16.9 / EN 10253 dimensional standards.
Inspection
Dimensional, hardness and NDT checks, plus hydrostatic testing on request. Reports archived per heat number.
Finishing
Shot-blasting, painting or hot-dip galvanizing, to customer specification.
Marking
Micro-percussion stamping with size, schedule, grade, batch and heat for full traceability.
Packing & dispatch
Palletized or carton-packed for export. EN 10204 3.1 certificate enclosed with shipment.
