Independent third-party product certification, pipe fittings inspected and approved against ASME B16.9 and EN 10253.

From dimensional checks to hydrostatic pressure testing. We run the full inspection suite on-site and archive the reports by heat number.
Dimensional inspection
Outside diameter, wall thickness, centre-to-end, angularity, ovality, to ASME B16.9 tolerances.
Hardness test
Brinell / Vickers hardness verification on every batch, matches certified raw-material values.
Impact test (Charpy)
Low-temperature impact toughness on request, typical for cold-service piping.
NDT: DP, MT, UT
Dye-penetrant, magnetic-particle and ultrasonic testing, full reports issued per heat.
Metallographic test
Microstructure verification after normalization, confirms heat-treatment effectiveness.
Hydrostatic test
Pressure-tested to 1.5× design pressure on request, full hydrostatic test report supplied.
Bureau Veritas inspection, third-party witness testing.
